Woven wraps work great for older babies and toddlers, as well as newborns. They need to be (for the most part) tied around baby rather than being pre-tied which can take a little extra time. However, after a little practice this can be done very quickly. Woven wraps also work really well for back carries. And yes.... you can put your baby or toddler on your back BY YOURSELF! Even your newborn! (But please, always practice over a bed or with a helper until you feel comfortable doing it alone safely. And ALWAYS keep one hand on your baby until baby is securely wrapped.) These are just a few of the many ways to wear baby. There are literally countless ways to wrap your child. Front, back, hip, one-shoulder, two-shoulder....... any way you want! |
